Privacy policy

1. Who we are

DigitAll MQ (“we”) is a non-profit organization. We collect and process the personal data described in this policy when you contact us through digitall.mq.

2. What we collect

• Your request type (enrollment or information), first and last name, email address and, if you give them, your phone number, role, organization, type of organization, level with generative AI, levels of interest, learning goal and message.
• Your preferred training language and the language of the page.
• Evidence of your consent: the exact text shown, the date and time, and your browser’s user agent.
• A one-way hashed version of your IP address (never the IP address itself), used to prevent abuse.
• If present: campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and the referring page.
• If you download the training: your first and last name, email, organization (optional) and the versions downloaded (French or English).

3. Why we collect it

• To answer your request and organize your enrollment in the training.
• To prepare the training sessions (level and goals of participants).
• To prevent abuse and spam, and keep evidence of your consent.
• The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Cookies

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics. A single functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) remembers your language if you switch languages.

5. Where your data is hosted

Your data is stored with Supabase (database) in the EU (Paris, eu-west-3) region. The site is hosted by Vercel. These providers act as our processors under contract.

6. Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed to answer your request and follow up on your enrollment, then delete it.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing or withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us through the form on this site. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
